AN APPEAL

Shree Ramakrishna Shanti Ashram, Hazaribag, Jharkhand imbibed with Shree Ramakrishna - Vivekananda's philosophy and the spirit of Service to Humanity has been initiating various welfare activities among economically weaker sections of the society, orphans, women, destitutes and unprivileged classes since 1944.

For a long time, it has been felt to provide healthcare facilities in a broader way to the economically weaker sections of the society and we have started construction of a 50-bed multispeciality hospital named "Shree Ramakrishna Sewa Kendra" to serve those sections of the people in its own humble way.

The estimated cost of the hospital project is appended thus . . .

Owing to paucity of funds, we are experiencing accute financial problem in execution of the project.

We therefore, make an appeal to the people at large and benevolent organizations to come forward and donate liberally for completing this auspicious project.

National Committee for Promotion of Social and Economic Welfare, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India has kindly approved 100% exemption for donation to the Hospital Project under Section 35 AC of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

All donations to Shree Ramakrishna Shanti Ashram are subject to benefits under Sec. 80G of Income Tax Act, 1961. The Ashram is registered under the Foreign Contributions Act, 1976.
