The Ashram has ensured that they get good education, get exposed to the ideals of Ramakrishna-Vivekananda from a tender age and turn out to be responsible members of the society. The Ashram's Eduction Programme ensure that all adopted children develop competencies appropriate to their age level. Apart from supporting the residential facility, clothing, nutrition and medical care, the Ashram bears their cost of education at local eminent public schools. The nuns of the Ashram look after the children with motherly affection and care.

These are supplemented with sit and draw competitions to culminate the interest in children having a flair for drawing and painting where not only inmates but children from around Hazaribag also participate.
